STANDARD SERVICE OFFER
The company DARI NAUTIK hereinafter known as The Company commits itself in the event of a breakdown of the customer’s boat/ vessel, to supply a mechanic within a maximum of 2 to 4 hours (under normal weather conditions). If the weather conditions don’t permit this, the mechanic will be there as soon as possible.
The mechanic will determine what the problem is and will make the repairs at that location if possible with materials or tools at hand. If the necessary tools and/or materials are not available and repair parts are not available in Croatia, he will order the necessary parts from Hamburg. He will pick up the parts at the closest airport and then make the repairs. The service contract covers the wages of the mechanic, his travel to and from the site and the picking up of parts.
The customer commits with his/her signature on the contract that all parts used will be paid for immediately upon his/her return from vacation. Any necessary customs or similar costs will also be paid by the customer.
The Company will bill the customer, at the company’s cost, the repair parts and the shipping to Croatia. Until all repair parts are paid for in full, all parts remain the property of the Company. This includes parts that are already installed.
FEE per year € 100.-
ADDITIONAL SERVICE OFFER
Should the customer run aground with his/her boat/vessel and cause enough damage that repairs are necessary, the mechanic from the Company will find a wharf that is equipped to professionally make the repairs. (The customer will pay the costs directly to the shipyard where the work will be done).
Should the customer suffer a breakdown outside the service area, the mechanic will organize a trailer, or if the breakdown is on an island he will arrange the towing of the vessel back to the mainland. (The towing of the ship will be billed at company cost and the customer will also be billed for any fuel costs).
If the breakdown is so serious that it is necessary to exchange the motor or the power drive, the mechanic will find a wharf where this work can be professionally taken care of. (The customer will pay these costs direct to the wharf).
If the vessel cannot or should not be repaired in Croatia the mechanic will acquire a replacement boat/vessel if the customer wishes. (The customer will pay the charter costs directly to the charter company).
FEE per year € 50.-
AREA NORTH
Covers the areas from the Slovenian border over the Peninsula of Istria to the northern point of the Dugi Otok island. Headquarter is the city of PULA.
AREA SOUTH
Covers in the northern area from the northern point of the island Dugi Otok including the islands of Kornati, Pasman, Ugljan, city of Zadar. To the south including city of Makarska and the islands of Solta Brac, Vis and Hvar. The southern most point is the south end of the island of Korcula. The headquarter is the city of SPLIT and/or Ciovo island.
SERVICE:
includes finding the reason for the breakdown and doing the repair without opening the motor. For example: generator /alternator, V-belts, impellers, timing belts, regulators. Hoses: Fuel/water. Filter: fuel/oil, pumps. Electrical problems: fuses, battery, relays. Propeller: nuts and washers. Oil and oil change, sparkplugs, carburetor etc.
If it should become necessary to find the customer at a different location than was agreed upon, The Company will bill € 25.- for every started travel hour to and from that location. Including fuel costs.
