With this certificate, which is for all motorboats over 3.6 KW / 5 PS on the propp, obligated, you can drive all Boats on German "Seaways" (Seeschiffahrtstrassen), cost and deep sea all over the world There is no limit for engine or mesurements of the ship or boat.
